This announcement is made by Anco Resources Group (the “Group”).
The Group hereby informs the public and our customers of the following:
Owing to our Group has recently discovered that there are some parties in the market engaged in the transaction of physical gold by using the name of our Company - Anco Resources (Hong Kong) Limited, our group have reported the case to Police. Our Group hereby expressly confirm and clarify that the Group and/or our Company has never assigned or authorized any third party (individual or corporate) on behalf of the Group and/or our Company to handle or carry out any physical gold transaction in any countries. Please do not believe any incorrect representation. Scope of Business

Besides the various commodities trading services providing by ANCO Resources Group, ANCO Resources (Hong Kong) Limited is committed to the development of the Physical Precious Metals trading business; We can (i) provide a variety of Jewellery and Physical Precious Metals products for our valuable Customers; and (ii) purchase the gold products with different levels of purity from our valuable Customers in Hong Kong.

Supply Products

The Company offers the following specification of jewellery products to our valuable Customers which can be directly purchased:

Japan Akoya Pearl Jewellery

South Sea Black Pearl Jewellery

South Sea Gold Pearl Jewellery

South Sea White Pearl Jewellery

The Company offers the following specification of Physical Gold Bullion products to our valuable Customers which can be directly purchased, withdrawn and stored in Hong Kong:

Gold – 9999 Purity
1 kilograms Gold Bullion*

Silver – 999 Purity
1 kilograms / 15 kilograms / 30 kilograms Silver Bullion*

Platinum – 9995 Purity
1 kilograms / 3 kilograms / 5 kilograms Platinum Bullion**

Palladium – 9995 Purity
3 kilograms / 5 kilograms Palladium Bullion**

* All gold bullion and silver bullion are produced by the licensed refineries recognized by London Bullion Market Association (“LBMA”) with International Acceptable Hallmark that guarantees all the Physical Precious Metals are of the highest quality which meets the international market standards;

** All platinum bullion and palladium bullion are produced by the licensed refineries recognized by London Platinum and Palladium Market (“LPPM”) with International Acceptable Hallmark that guarantees all the Physical Precious Metals are of the highest quality which meets the international market standards;

The final specification of the abovementioned products are subject to the changes by the Company from time to time without further notice.
Silver bullion, Platinum bullion and Palladium bullion are subject to pre-order. If you need to purchase, please call our company.

Purchase Products

The Company can base on the following arrangement and specification to purchase the physical gold products from our valuable Customers directly in Hong Kong:

Purchase Products:	Physical Gold Products.
Purity of Purchase Products:	Minimum 92% or better.
Type of Purchase Products:	No restriction on shape and size.
Quantity of Purchase Products:	No limit on quantity but the volume of each transaction shall be further agreed and arranged with the Customer.
Assaying of Purchase Products:	All purchase products should be delivered to the LBMA accredited refinery in Hong Kong (”Refinery”) for 100% assaying and melting.
Payment for Purchase Products:	100% payment for purchase products shall be settled after the final assay report issued by the Refinery, while the amount of payment shall base on (i) Assayed Purity; (ii) Assayed Quantity (equal to 100% AU); (iii) Loco London Gold Spot Price; and (iv) Agreed Discount to calculate.
