Withdraw Products

Login to Customer online Account or call our Operation Department
on + 852-2891-1446 to check the current balance,
If the remained products balance is not sufficient for the withdrawal,
the Company would refuse the application of products withdrawal
For withdrawal quantity of the products equal or over 50Kg :
Prepare the ID card or Passport copy of the Signatory together with the completed
“Physical Precious Metals Withdrawal Notification Form”
and fax to +852-2866-6804 or email to pmt@ancoresources.com
For withdrawal quantity of the Physical Precious Metals products less than 50Kg:

Upon receiving the payment, all fees and the withdrawal notification received,
we will verify all documents and arrange the handover date, time and venue

For withdrawal quantity of the Physical Precious Metals products equal or over 50Kg :
to confirm the handover within two (2) banking days.
For withdrawal quantity of the Physical Precious Metals products less than 50Kg:
to confirm the handover on the same Business Day.
For withdrawal the Jewellery products:
to confirm the handover on the same Business Day.
We will email to confirm the handover
For withdrawal quantity of the Physical Precious Metals products equal or over 50Kg :
the “Notification for Confirmation of Withdrawal Reservation” and “Delivery Note”
issued by the Company will be attached under this confirmation email.
For withdrawal quantity of the Physical Precious Metals products less than 50Kg:
the “Delivery Note” issued by the Company will be passed to the Customer
when the Physical Precious Metals products to be collected by the Customer
For withdrawal the Jewellery products:
the “Delivery Note” issued by the Company will be passed to the Customer
when the Jewellery products to be collected by the Customer
Except products to be delivered by globally renowned delivery agent, the Customer's
authorized representative shall arrive in accordance to the confirmed time and venue
as mentioned in the “Delivery Note”punctually
Products must be examined by the Customer or the Customer's
representative in person upon handover. Customers need to accept and sign the
“Receipt of Receiving Products”

    1. * Withdrawal arrangement is subject to the final arrangement with the precious metal supplying bank and/or the Refinery. if withdrawing volume is more than 200kg, an exact delivery period and arrangement shall be further confirmed with the Customer upon receiving “Physical Precious Metals Withdrawal Notification Form” from the Customer.

    2. ** All withdrawal request will only be arranged by the Company on the Business Day during the office hours, if the Customer specially request the Company to arrange hand over of the Physical Precious Metals products during the Saturday, Sunday or any Public Holidays in Hong Kong or after office hours, then the Customer shall pay the “Special Handling Fee” to the Company with details as below that can be deducted by the Company from the Customer Account, if it has any remaining funds; otherwise the Customer must pay in Cash when the Customer receive the Physical Precious Metals products from the Company:
      (a) Withdrawal Quantity less than or equal to 10Kg - HKD1,000.00 per Kg; or
      (b) Withdrawal Quantity more than 10kg but less than or equal to 25kg - HKD800 per Kg; or
      (c) Withdrawal Quantity more than 25kg but less than or equal to 50kg - HKD500 per Kg

    3. For small volume under 200kg, Customer can withdraw the products at our retail store or our Company's designated Precious Metals Depository in Hong Kong; For large volume more than 200kg, we can arrange security deliver agents to deliver the products to Customer's designated Precious Metals Depository in Hong Kong, while the delivery fee for will be deducted from the Customer account.

    4. Our Company would only handover the requested withdrawal Products to the written authorized representative by the Customer. We would not hand over any products to any third parties without written authorization from the Customer.

    5. Before the Customer using our services, the Customer should peruse, understand, agree and accept , , , , and provided by our Company.
