* Please note that all communications between the Customers and our Company Representatives are recorded and will be used as an evidence of the contents of communications in any disputes. Where the Customer is a non-local Customer and/or if we considered that the phone communication cannot convey the message to the Customer accurately, our Company has the full right to choose “Email” to replace “Telephone” arrangement in providing price offers of the Physical Precious Metals, to confirm the transaction prices and quantities with the Customer and etc, while our Company will use any record of Email communications as evidence of the contents of communications in any disputes.

The Customer should select either U.S. Dollars or Hong Kong Dollars for payment and settlement of any Physical Precious Metals transactions upon the account opening.

If the transaction for purchasing Physical Precious Metals had incurred any fees and charges (if any), they will be deducted from the Customer’s account and list out clearly on the "Statement"

Before the Customer using our services, the Customer should peruse, understand, agree and accept , , , , and provided by our Company.
